Then he saw some officers.

“All law enforcement personnel looked relieved, and it didn’t look like an incident compared to November 23 or 22,” Small said.

He was referring to the shooting on Nov. 20, 2023 at the Walmart in Beavercreek that left multiple hurt and the shooter dead.

Police have not identified the man detained or what charges he may face.
