2 men indicted on drug trafficking charges in New Hampshire

Two men have been indicted on drug trafficking charges related to alleged sales of fentanyl and methamphetamine to an undercover officer in Concord, New Hampshire Attorney General John M. Formella announced Wednesday.

Christopher Antonio Guzman De Los Santos, 23, faces seven counts of sale of a controlled drug for allegedly selling large quantities of fentanyl and methamphetamine to an undercover officer. He also is charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and felonious use of a firearm. Authorities allege he had methamphetamine and a firearm when arrested.

Kelvin Diolisel Lopez Perez, 28, is charged with four counts of accomplice to the sale of a controlled drug for allegedly acting with Guzman De Los Santos in the drug sales.

Both men also face conspiracy charges related to selling controlled substances. The Merrimack County Grand Jury returned the indictments Tuesday.

Both defendants are being held without bail. The charges are allegations and both men are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
