4 arrested in connection with non-fatal shooting in Louisville’s Shawnee neighborhood

Four people, including three teens, have been arrested in connection to a non-fatal shooting in the Shawnee neighborhood, Louisville Metro Police officials said.

LMPD spokesperson Aaron Ellis said the shooting happened around 5 a.m. on July 24 in the 3300 block of West Market St.

The department’s non-fatal shooting unit arrested four in connection to the shooting, including a 17-year-old boy, charged with second-degree assault and possession of a handgun by a minor, a 16-year-old boy, charged with assault, Delquan Glass, 20, charged with second-degree assault and Amya Thomas, 18, charged with second-degree assault.
