A GRADD press release says the program will provide up to $500 per grandchild, for use purchasing school supplies, clothing, hygiene products and items such as bedroom furniture. People can reapply annually for their grandchildren until the children reach the age of 18.

The program is available to families throughout the seven-county GRADD service area of Daviess, Hancock, Henderson, McLean, Ohio, Union and Webster counties.
