MEYERSDALE, Pa. – Four juveniles have been arrested in connection with a June 19 fire along Mount Davis Road in the Meyersdale area, according to state police.
A state police fire marshal unit investigated and determined that an 11-year-old boy, two 13-year-old boys and a 15-year-old boy were responsible, according to a release from the Ebensburg Crime Unit. Each was criminally charged.
Crews were called to the blaze on the 7800 block of Mount Davis Road around 3:15 a.m. June 19 and found an abandoned structure in flames.
Flames spread from that building to a neighboring abandoned structure, and caused heat damage to another nearby home that was unoccupied at the time, Meyersdale fire Chief Michael Miller said at the time.
The initial building involved was a total loss, he had said.
