A York chiropractor who pleaded guilty to secretly recording videos of his female clients as they undressed has been sentenced to one to two years in jail, according to court records.
Tyler Mitcheltree, 29, who practiced at Motive Health in York, had also been charged with child pornography when he was arrested last October 2024 after an employee of the clinic found videos of clients undressing on his phone. The clinic, which had been in the 200 block of West Market Street, has since shut down.
He had pleaded no contest to the child pornography and guilty to multiple counts of invasion of privacy, according to court records. York County Judge Joseph Adams sentenced him Aug. 21 to jail for the child pornography offense and to two years probation for the invasion of privacy counts, according to court records.

The investigation began on Sept. 25, 2024, when an employee at the clinic used Mitcheltree’s cell phone to call a client and noticed an app called Home Eye. She opened the app and saw thumbnail photos of videos of multiple patients undressing in one of the clinic’s treatment rooms, one of them a minor.
When police executed a search warrant, they found a digital clock containing a hidden camera in one of the treatment rooms, according to court records.
The state Board of Chiropractic has suspended Mitcheltree’s license to practice.
