Sep. 12—Sharman Hill Visit the Legacy Remembers website to view the full obituary. Sharman Lee Hill (nee Reilmann), age 77, passed away peacefully on September 2, 2025, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Born on March 17, 1948, in Santa Rosa California, Sharman brought warmth and creativity into the world from the very beginning. Her life was marked by a deep love for family, nature, and the joy of sharing her many talents with others. Sharman is lovingly remembered by her three children: Charles Hill, Angie Hill, and Stephanie Hill. She also leaves behind her two brothers, Paul Reilmann and Scott Reilmann, along with their families; her sister Connie Allen and her family; and her dear Aunt Norma and her family. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her beloved sister Patsy and both of her parents, Theodore and Lorraine Reilmann. A woman of many passions, Sharman had a remarkable gift for quilting and sewing. From crafting clothes for her children when they were young to creating blankets and newborn bonnets to donate to others in need, she poured love into every stitch. Her green thumb was legendary, gardening brought her immense joy as she nurtured plants of all kinds and admired their natural beauty. She found peace in watching birds and wildlife and delighted in capturing the splendor of sunrises and hot air balloons through photography. Sharman was also known for her culinary talents. A gourmet cook at heart, she welcomed everyone to her table, especially during the holidays, and made sure no one ever felt alone or left out. Her home was a haven of comfort where friends became family over shared meals and laughter. Generous with both time and knowledge, Sharman loved sharing what she knew about gardening, sewing, cooking, and more. She was a good friend to everyone she met, kind-hearted, welcoming, and always ready to lend a hand or an ear. Funeral arrangements are being handled by Trujillo Family Funeral Home. A service will be held on Monday, September 15th, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Trujillo Family Funeral Home located at 110 Alvarado Dr SE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87108. A graveside service will follow at 12:30 p.m. at Sunset Memorial Park at 924 Menaul Blvd NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87107. May Sharman’s memory bring comfort to those who knew and loved her.
