Compared to June 2024, the median home sales price was up 13% compared to $230,000.

Looking only at single-family homes, the $265,000 median selling price in St. Clair County was up 14.5% in June from $231,500 the month prior. Since June 2024, the sales price of single-family homes was up 16.3% from a median of $227,950. No single-family homes sold for $1 million or more during the month.
Condominiums and townhomes decreased by 24.2% in sales price during June to a median of $250,000 from $330,000 in May. Compared to June 2024, the sales price of condominiums and townhomes was slightly up from $249,700. No condominiums or townhomes sold for $1 million or more during June.

In June, the number of recorded sales in St. Clair County rose by 6.9% since June 2024 — from 204 to 218. All residential home sales totaled $63.4 million.
Across Michigan, homes sold at a median of $266,798 during June, up 2.7% from $259,863 in May. There were 12,488 recorded sales across the state during June, up 7.1% from 11,661 recorded sales in June 2024.
