Listings in Shasta County moved slowly, at a median 63 days listed compared to the August national median of 60 days on the market. In the previous month, homes had a median of 58 days on the market. Around 272 homes were newly listed on the market in August, a 38.8% increase from 196 new listings in August 2024.
