CUMBERLAND — A city man was arrested Friday after Cumberland Police said he assaulted a child.
Bryan Alan Phillips, 31, was charged with child abuse second-degree custodian and second-degree assault in connection with the Sept. 13 incident in which the victim suffered unknown injuries, police said.
Phillips was served a criminal summons and released pending trial in District Court.
