A Deltona man, Carlos Rodriguez Junior, has been charged with sexual battery on a 16-year-old, according to the Volusia Sheriff’s Office.
Rodriguez was reportedly caught in the act by the victim’s family, leading to his arrest. The Volusia Sheriff’s Office is handling the case and has released video footage of the arrest.
The Sheriff’s Office is seeking assistance from the public and is asking anyone with information about the case to contact them.
