Harbeck was struck by a vehicle around 6:40 p.m. at the Taco Bell at 1050 Second St., officials said. She was taken to a local hospital for treatment of her injuries but later died.

Manchester Police believe Harbeck was hit by a vehicle that fled the scene. They identified the driver of the vehicle as Canizales.

A warrant was issued for her arrest and on Monday, Canizales turned herself in, the news release said. She was held pending a court appearance Tuesday.
