Country star Riley Green has found a buyer for his $1 million Nashville home.
Built in 2023, the four-bedroom house is located in the Charlotte Park neighborhood on the city’s west side. It was first listed for sale earlier this year for $1.75 million but the price was reduced twice before being listed in July for just over $1 million.

The transaction is not yet complete, so the final sale price of the home is not known. Riley Green declined to comment on the deal through his publicist.
Listing photos give a glimpse into the Alabama native’s former West Nashville oasis. An open-concept kitchen and main living area have light wood floors, bright white walls contrasting with a dark tile backsplash that carries over into a wet bar with a wine cooler.
The main living space leads out onto a covered and screened-in back porch with a view of a fenced-in backyard. Upstairs, the home boasts four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, including the primary bedroom and bathroom with double vanities, a soaking tub and large shower.
A laundry room is also included upstairs. Additional amenities include a speaker system installed throughout the home, a walk-in pantry and Fisher & Paykel appliances.
The Columbia Avenue listing was managed by Annie Hickerson and Kim Penz of Zeitlin Sotheby’s International Realty.
