A man was found with stab wounds outside a Victorville restaurant after being attacked in the parking lot of a nearby probation office on Saturday, Sept. 27, officials said.
The attack was first reported just before 2 p.m., when the victim sought help at the intersection of Palmdale and Amargosa roads, according to San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department and Fire Department officials.

It was determined the stabbing had taken place in the parking lot of a San Bernadino County Probation Office around the corner at 15480 Ramona Ave., according to sheriff’s department spokeswoman Gloria Orejel.
The victim reported that a another man “was arguing with another person before the suspect assaulted him and then stabbed him,” she said.
Paramedics took the wounded man to hospital for treatment. An update on his condition was not available.
The attacker remained at large. No further details were released.
