The New College Foundation will present the 46th annual Clambake on Nov. 6 at New College of Florida’s bayfront campus and tickets are on sale.
The event’s co-chairs are Elizabeth Moore and Mary Gratehouse, who are committed to making this year’s event extraordinary – bringing together community leaders, philanthropists, alumni, and friends for an evening of coastal cuisine, live entertainment, and support for New College students. All ticket proceeds benefit student scholarships.
Guests will enjoy a New England–style clambake under the stars, while overlooking Sarasota Bay’s sunset views.
“We are thrilled to have these two longtime supporters of New College co-chair this signature event. The Clambake is more than a celebration of community – it’s a celebration of impact,” said Sydney Gruters, executive director of the New College Foundation. “All funds support students, academic excellence, and the transformative opportunities that make New College one of the nation’s top public liberal arts institutions.”
Highlights of the upcoming New College Clambake fundraiser will include a traditional New England clambake feast.
Highlights of the evening include:
• A traditional clambake feast featuring fresh seafood, savory sides, and desserts.
• Live music and entertainment on the bayfront.
• Llive auction items, including travel packages, fine dining experiences, and luxury getaways.
• The chance to mingle with community changemakers, alumni, and students who are shaping the future.
Funds raised by the Clambake ensure that New College can continue to attract top scholars, support student success, and enhance programs that prepare graduates for leadership in today’s rapidly changing world. Tickets are available at ncfclambake.org
