Two police officers and the driver of a pickup truck were injured after a crash in Santa Monica Friday night.
The crash happened at Main Street and Pico Boulevard around 9:14 p.m., according to Santa Monica police.
“The collision involved a police vehicle with two Santa Monica Police officers and a second vehicle occupied by one driver,” police posted on X. “All parties have been transported to a local hospital for medical evaluation.”

The condition of the officers and pickup truck driver is unclear.
Video showed the police cruiser had heavy front-end damage, and the pickup truck also suffered extensive damage. Debris was scattered on the street.
Details regarding what led to the collision were not immediately released.
The intersection was shut down while first responders worked to secure the area.
