The incident was reported shortly before 6:30 a.m. on the eastbound side of the highway between Exits 43 and 44, according to the state Department of Transportation and Connecticut State Police.
State police said the driver of the overturned tractor-trailer was taken to a hospital and treated for minor injuries. The state Department of Energy and Environmental Protection was notified of a fuel spill that occurred during the rollover.
