Apr. 25—LIMA — Pleas of not guilty were entered in Allen County Common Pleas Court on Friday for the following defendants recently indicted by the grand jury:
Raymond Smith, 19, of Lima, charged with carrying a concealed weapon and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
Leroy Ireland, 41, Lima, charged with failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer and three counts operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol, with specifications as a repeat OVI offender.
Tyronne Simmons, 50, of Lima, charged with felonious assault with a repeat violent offender specification.
Ronald Powell Jr., 53, of Findlay, charged with felonious assault with a firearm specification, discharge of a firearm on or near a prohibited premises, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer, improper handling of firearms in a motor vehicle, having weapons under disability, breaking-and-entering, grand theft of a motor vehicle and theft.

Christian Walker, 33, of Lima, charged with having weapons under disability, carrying a concealed weapon and improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle.
