Furniture and home decor retail chain At Home filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 16, USA TODAY reports. The company plans to shutter 26 stores by the end of September, according to recent court documents.

The company plans to close 26 stores across multiple states by Sept. 30.

So far, court documents don’t list any At Home stores in Ohio set to close in 2025. Instead, stores in states like California, New York and New Jersey are on the chopping block.

How many At Home stores are left in Ohio?

There are at least 10 At Home stores in Ohio, according to the company’s store locator. Here’s where:

  • Beavercreek: 4480 Indian Ripple Road, Dayton

  • Cincinnati: 4825 Marburg Ave.

  • Columbus-North: 1160 Gemini Place

  • Columbus: 6060 E Main Street

  • Elyria: 5223 Cobblestone Rd Elyria, OH 44035

  • Hilliard: 3599 Park Mill Run Drive

  • Huber Heights: 8221 Troy Pike

  • Loveland: 9570 Fields Ertel Road

At Home also operates a store near Cincinnati in Florence, Kentucky.

Why did At Home file for bankruptcy?

The court documents state that rising interest rates, “persistent inflation” and a growing concern over unsustainable customs costs resulting from increased tariffs, led At Home to file for bankruptcy. As a result, At Home already closed six stores over the past year.
