Milwaukee police are asking for help finding a critically missing 11-year-old boy.
Robert Ballinger was last seen July 18 at 5 p.m. on the 3600 block of North 22nd Street, after he left his residence on foot, according to police.
Police describe him as Black, 5 feet tall and weighing 120 pounds. He has a heavy build, light complexion, brown eyes and black hair styled in an afro. He was last seen wearing a navy blue T-shirt, black jogging pants and blue double strapped sandals.
Anyone with information on Ballinger’s whereabouts is asked to contact Police District Five at 414-935-7252.
“Critically missing” is a label police apply to people who may be especially vulnerable due to a variety of factors.
