LAKE WORTH BEACH — A Martin County man has been charged with first-degree murder in the fatal shooting of his ex-wife, police said late Friday.
Richard Seith was charged in the killing of Cynthia Sciarrone Seith, 54, who was found dead of a gunshot wound after 3 a.m. Tuesday, July 15, outside her home in the 4700 block of Lucerne Lakes Boulevard in Lake Worth Beach, Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office deputies said.
Cynthia Seith, who would have turned 55 on Thursday, was a resident of the Lucerne Greens Condominiums.
Richard Seith was arrested at his home in Martin County on Friday evening, July 18, after Palm Beach County sheriff’s detectives obtained a search warrant with the assistance of the Martin County Sheriff’s Office.
Seith was charged with first-degree murder and is being held at the Palm Beach County Jail.
