The home goods chain At Home is closing an additional six stores after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 16, according to an Aug. 1 statement by retail firm Hilco Consumer-Retail.
This brings the total number of closures to 30, with the chain deciding to leave only two locations open across the country.

Court documents said that rising interest rates, “persistent inflation,” and a growing concern over unsustainable customs costs resulting from increased tariffs led At Home to file for bankruptcy. As a result, At Home has already closed six stores over the past year.
