A 43-year-old woman was arrested July 12 and charged with larceny, conspiracy and possession of stolen goods, all felonies, and contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile, a misdemeanor.
Passion Amour McLeod of the 300 block of Burgess Circle in Broadway allegedly stole $1,258 of various products from a Walmart store and conspired with a 17-year-old boy to do so by encouraging him to aid in the larceny.
McLeod posted a $10,000 secured bond that day by paying $1,000 with the help of Tamilha McDougal, according to eCourts.
McLeod, who previously listed an address in the 300 block of S. Currie Drive in Sanford, has a court hearing in Harnett County District Court set for Sept. 9.
She has several arrests from 2015 to 2021 in Chatham, Lee and Moore counties for driving with a revoked license, expired registration/tag and reckless driving, among others.
