ELECTRA (KFDX/KJTL) — A Burkburnett man was arrested overnight by multiple law enforcement agencies.
Bobby Ray Morrow of Burkburnett is behind bars on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance and violating parole.
On Friday, October 10, multiple law enforcement agencies, including Texas DPS, DPS Special Response Team, the Texas Rangers and the Electra Police Department, had a search warrant at a home on the 300 Block of West Cleveland Avenue in Electra.
According to the EPD, Morrow had an active parole warrant for an extended period. The warrant was issued as an effort to locate him.
As the DPS Special Response Team began their search, the homeowner left the house. According to the affidavit, when authorities asked if she knew where Morrow was, she had denied knowing his location and said she had not seen him in over a week.
When authorities found Morrow, they allegedly found Morrow under a blanket in a bedroom. Authorities arrested Morrow and allegedly seized less than a gram of methamphetamine on a scale.
As of this post, Bobby Morrow is still in the Wichita County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
