A man faces domestic violence charges for allegedly hitting a juvenile multiple times.
David J. Ryan, 34, of South Windsor was arrested Saturday on charges of third-degree assault and risk of injury to a child, according to the South Windsor Police Department.
Police said Ryan allegedly struck a child three times during a domestic violence incident and fled the scene. He was found shortly thereafter and taken into custody just before 12:20 a.m.
Ryan was released on a $10,000 non-surety bond and was expected to appear Monday in Manchester Superior Court.
