Dutch Bros Coffee, a beverage joint known for its variety of customizable drinks, has opened its second Greater Cincinnati location.
The new location, which opened on Sept. 22, is located at 5967 Lorven Dr. in Milford. The popular drive-thru coffee chain is open 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday.
“We may sell coffee, but we’re in the relationship business. Whether we’re slinging drinks or serving up smiles, Dutch Bros is all about you,” the company’s website reads.
Dutch Bros − which recently moved its headquarters to Arizona from its original home in Oregon − has grown considerably in recent years and expects to expand.
Since going public in September 2021, it had nearly doubled its number of shops, going from 490 to 950, as of December 2024, according to Forbes. Dutch Bros CEO Christine Barone said in a news release that the company has a “bold goal of reaching 2,029 shops in 2029.”

What is Dutch Bros coffee?
Brothers Dane and Travis Boersma founded Dutch Bros in 1992 in Grants Pass, Oregon, after leaving the dairy business to “serve up espresso, rock their favorite music and make connections” with their community.
The two initially sold coffee out of a pushcart by the railroad tracks in downtown Grants Pass. Now, there are more than 1,000 Dutch Bros locations across 18 states.
What can you get at Dutch Bros?
Dutch Bros is a drive-thru-only beverage chain – similar to 7 Brew, another viral drive-thru coffee shop that opened its first Northern Kentucky location in Newport in April. Dutch Bros, however, does offer light snacks, such as muffin tops and granola bars.
Aside from coffee, the chain offers blended freezes, energy drinks, lemonade, iced tea, milkshakes, smoothies and sparkling sodas.
