The leafy town of Cranford is in shock and hoping for justice after a 17-year-old was charged with murdering two girls on an e-bike this week.
The Union County Prosecutor’s Office has not identified the suspect, from Garwood, or the victims, but friends and family have identified the girls as Maria Niotis and Isabella Salas, both 17.
