Wisconsin State Fair will exchange tickets for its canceled Aug. 10 date for 2026 admission tickets during the week of Nov. 10-15. Those exchanges must be made in person at the State Fair office, 7722 W. Greenfield Ave., West Allis.
The final day of the 2025 State Fair was canceled after flooding ravaged the area.
State Fair posted conditions for exchanges on its website.
Only tickets and vouchers intended for use on Aug. 10, 2025, are eligible to be exchanged for 2026 admission tickets.
Those exchanges must be in person from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Nov. 10-15 at the Fair ticket office in West Allis.
Not all tickets qualify. If your ticket is from a contest, giveaway, State Fair vendor, Wisconsin State Fair partner, community partner, or any other third party, it may not be eligible for exchange. Call the fair ticket office at (414) 266-7100 before arriving in person to check your ticket type. Have your Etix confirmation number or ticket numbers on hand when you call. The fair notes that confirmation emails for its purchases come from confirmation@etix.com.
People who cannot physically visit the fair office to make exchanges can request an exception by calling the fair ticket office before the Nov. 10 exchange week.
The fair said that parking passes for Aug. 10 purchased through official vendor Etix have already been refunded.
