Compared to June 2024, the median home sales price was up 13.2% compared to $264,950.
Realtor.com sources sales data from real estate deeds, resulting in a few months’ delay in the data. The statistics don’t include homes currently listed for sale and aren’t directly comparable to listings data.

Looking only at single-family homes, the $302,000 median selling price in Franklin County was up 18.5% in June from $254,750 the month prior. Since June 2024, the sales price of single-family homes was up 7.9% from a median of $280,000.One single family home sold for $1 million or more during the month, compared to zero recorded transactions of at least $1 million in June 2024.
Condominiums and townhomes increased by 16.3% in sales price during June to a median of $261,775 from $225,000 in May. Compared to June 2024, the sales price of condominiums and townhomes was up 21.8% from $215,000. No condominiums or townhomes sold for $1 million or more during June.

In June, the number of recorded sales in Franklin County rose by 41.4% since June 2024 — from 140 to 198. All residential home sales totaled $62.5 million.
Across Pennsylvania, homes sold at a median of $295,000 during June, up 1.7% from $289,994 in May. There were 13,440 recorded sales across the state during June, a slight increase from 13,366 recorded sales in June 2024.
