Realtor.com sources sales data from real estate deeds, resulting in a few months’ delay in the data. The statistics don’t include homes currently listed for sale and aren’t directly comparable to listings data.

Looking only at single-family homes, the $209,250 median selling price in Oneida County was up 3.1% in January from $202,925 the month prior. Condominiums and townhomes decreased by 23.3% in sales price during January to a median of $115,000 from $150,000 in December. Compared to January 2024, the sales price of condominiums and townhomes was down 17.9% from $140,000. No condominiums or townhomes sold for $1 million or more during January.

In January, the number of recorded sales in Oneida County rose by 58.8% since January 2024 — from 114 to 181. All residential home sales totaled $39.2 million.
