CLEVELAND – Stephanie Mireles, a digital marketing student at Lakeshore College, has been chosen as the 2025-26 Wisconsin Technical College System student ambassador, according to a community announcement.
Mireles, who is also the president of Lakeshore’s Student Leadership Board, will promote the college on campus, in the community, among legislators and at Wisconsin Technical College System events.
Lakeshore’s Stephanie Mireles earns a $1,250 scholarship and top leadership role as Wisconsin tech college ambassador.
The role is considered one of the most competitive leadership opportunities at the college and comes with a $1,250 scholarship.
Mireles is also a member of TRIO Support Services, a program offering a variety of services geared to first-generation and lower-income students as well as students who are disabled. She also works in the college’s StudentSHARE office, where students can access free food, clothing and personal care items.
“We are incredibly proud of Stephanie,” Lakeshore President Paul Carlsen said in the announcement.
