Branden L. Lincoln, 28, of Logansport, was sentenced to 25 years Thursday in the Indiana Department of Correction for his conviction of dealing in methamphetamine, according to a press release from Cass County Prosecutor Noah Schafer.

The sentence by Honorable Judge Stephen Kitts II followed Lincoln’s entry of a guilty plea on August 28 in Cass Circuit Court. Lincoln also pleaded guilty to being an habitual offender, having prior felony convictions for burglary and resisting law enforcement with a vehicle.

Probable cause affidavits filed in the case reveal Branden Lincoln dealt methamphetamine during two undercover buys arranged by the Cass County Drug Task Force. The undercover buys, caught on camera, occurred at his residence which was located within 500 feet of Logansport Learning Academy.
