According to the court complaint, Rockvam allegedly made several calls and text messages to a woman he was previously ordered to not contact on June 2. There were also allegedly attempts to access the victim’s Gmail and Snapchat accounts.

The contact was made between June 1 and June 2. Call logs stated that over 200 missed calls were received on June 2 from a “no caller ID” and came within quick succession throughout the night.

A review of the defendant’s criminal history shows prior convictions for stalking and third degree assault dating back to October of 2024 and for violating a domestic abuse — violate an order of protection in Dodge County.
