A New York man who allegedly sent sexually explicit images to a 15-year-old faces felony charges of sexual abuse of a child and corruption of of minors.
On June 6, state troopers from the Dunmore barracks spoke with a Covington Twp. juvenile who disclosed to her mother and therapist that she had engaged in cyber sex with an adult over the last several weeks.
She told investigators she accepted a friend request from a male adult who subsequently sent her a photo of him groping himself. The juvenile sent pictures back to the adult that depicted her in underwear.
According to the criminal complaint:
The man, later identified as Narendra Bisesar, 34, then asked the juvenile if she could call him via Snapchat, which she did. The two then engaged in a series of video calls during which both sent explicit images of themselves.
Bisesar, of Lindenhurst, Long Island, never asked the 15-year-old her age, but she did tell him she was a freshman in high school.
The juvenile took a photo of Bisesar during one of their exchanges and retained it on her phone.
On June 9, troopers examined the victim’s phone and found that on June 7 and 8, Bisesar sent her messages via Snapchat described as “sexually explicit, detailed and lengthy, describing what (he) wanted to do to the victim.”
Troopers obtained a subpoena for Bisesar’s Snapchat account and were able to identify him through a related email and telephone number.
A preliminary hearing is scheduled at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 8 before District Judge Alyce Farrell.
