A Greenville man suspected in a fatal shooting is in custody in Raleigh, N.C.
According to the Greenville County Sheriff’s Office’s Lt. Ryan Flood, Raleigh Police arrested Michael Anthony Stephens, 57, after investigators connected him to the shooting death of 45-year-old Tiwaun Graham.
Stephens was charged with murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime and possession of a firearm by a person convicted of certain crimes.
On April 14, Raleigh police officers discovered Stephens and arrested him without incident, Flood said.
At about 9 p.m. on April 13, GCSO deputies responded to a call reporting gunshots at a house on Orlando Avenue in Greenville. Deputies found Stephens dead from gunshot wounds at the home.

Stephens and Graham got into an altercation, Flood said. GCSO investigators gathered statements and video that linked Stephens to the shooting. he added.
According to warrants provided by the GCSO, Graham was shot multiple times.
The GCSO declined to give any further details about the shooting.
Stephens will be held in North Carolina and awaits extradition to South Carolina.
