Cops are hunting for a dangerous stranger who choked a 31-year-old woman unconscious during a harrowing attack in Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, officials said Friday.

Armed with a sketch of the suspect, police are hoping to identify him before he can harm anyone else.

The victim was taking a video of herself inside the park near the corner of 48th Ave. and 111th St. in Corona at about 8:50 a.m. on June 6, when the suspect stormed up and started yelling at her, cops said.

The woman told police that she didn’t understand what the man was saying.

A moment later, the outraged man threw a water bottle at the woman, lunged, wrapped his arm around her neck, and began choking her, cops said.

The woman fell unconscious as the stranger throttled her, cops said.

When she woke up a few minutes later, the suspect had run off.

EMS rushed her to New York-Presbyterian Queens Hospital for observation.

No arrests have been made. The assailant is described as black wearing a brown shirt and brown shorts.

Anyone with information regarding this attack is urged to call NYPD Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
