So, Flagler County Sheriff Rick Staly and his deputies obliged.
“They asked us to come back with a warrant, so we did,” Staly said in a press release.

The SWAT team and the Special Investigations Unit, along with other deputies, joined Staly early on the morning of July 2 to the home on Bruning Lane. Detectives searched and seized methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia with cocaine residue.
Eric Lamb, 38, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lamb was also in violation of probation from prior arrests in both Flagler and Volusia counties.
He was transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, where he is being held without bond.

The raid at Lamb’s home was the second in two days followed a five-month investigation into a local drug-trafficking organization, the sheriff’s office stated.
On July 1, Staly, the Special Investigations Unit and SWAT team served a search warrant at 21-A Rosecroft Lane.
Ryan McArthur, 37, a fugitive with an active warrant from Volusia County accusing him of trafficking in fentanyl, was at the home.
McArthur refused orders to exit the home. SWAT team members saw him through a bathroom window as he tried to flush narcotics down the toilet. They breached the window and again ordered McArthur to leave, which he eventually did.
Detectives seized fentanyl, as well as various drug paraphernalia items, seven cellphones and $2,840 in cash.
Detectives arrested McArthur on charges of possession of fentanyl, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest without violence, and his out-of-county warrant. The fentanyl charge is a felony.
McArthur was also transported to the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility, where he is being held without bond.
The investigation is ongoing, and additional charges may be added.
“They say the early bird catches the worm … well, our SIU and SWAT team had two early mornings in a row, because the early bird catches the drug dealer, too!” said Staly. “This was excellent work by all of the detectives and deputies involved to shut down drug houses and eradicate these drug businesses from our neighborhoods. If you’re a drug dealer in Flagler County, I suggest you get the hell out of Flagler County, because we’re coming for you next.”
