Chelsea Elizabeth Algier, 40, of Westerly, R.I., was charged Friday with reckless driving and operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Robert F. Girard, 37, of New London, was charged Friday with first-degree failure to appear in court, second-degree failure to appear in court and criminal violation of a protective order.
Wanda Beard-Abrante, 57, of 25 Broad St. Ext., Apt. B303, was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct.
Dejohn Shareefe Flanders, 20, of 207 Brandegee Ave., was charged Thursday with disorderly conduct and violating a protective order.
Jasmine Wright, 31, of Montville, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failing to grant the right-of-way on a private road.

Ivette Vazquez, 39, of 18 Mather Ave., Apt. 18, was charged Saturday with operating an unregistered motor vehicle and improper use of vehicle markers.
