The Milwaukee Police Department is asking for help locating a critically missing 68-year-old man.
James Hampton was last in contact with his family the evening of Aug. 28, and was last believed to be around North 38th and West Rohr streets in Milwaukee, according to police.
Hampton is a Black man, 6’3″ and around 165 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a black jacket, navy blue hooded sweatshirt, light blue jeans and black shoes, police say.
Police say he is believed to be traveling on foot.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Milwaukee Police Department District 4 at 414-935-7242.
“Critically missing” is a label police apply to people who may be especially vulnerable due to a variety of factors.
