PS Seasoning and sister company Pro Smoker, both Wisconsin-based food companies, plan to bring an estimated 150 jobs with a new global headquarters in West Bend, the company announced in a Sept. 25 news release.
“Southeastern Wisconsin has been our home for nearly 50 years, and this expansion in West Bend marks the next bold step in our growth story,” Joe Hanni, CEO of PS Seasoning and Pro Smoker said in the release. “Our new global headquarters isn’t just a milestone—it’s a launching pad. By investing in people, technology and community, we’re positioning PS Seasoning and Pro Smoker to lead the industry into its next era.”
According to the release, the new headquarters will consolidate its key operations — including the companies’ corporate offices, manufacturing operations and distribution center — into a 200,000-square-foot campus.
“PS Seasoning is a globally respected company with a proven record of excellence,” West Bend Mayor Joel Ongert said in a released statement. “We’re especially impressed by their rapid growth and innovation in recent years. The prospect of their expansion into our West Bend Manufacturing Center reinforces our City’s place as a destination for top-tier manufacturing. We’re excited about the opportunities this project could bring to West Bend.”
PS Seasoning and its sister company Pro Smoker are building a new global headquarters in West Bend. PS Seasoning provides more than 5,000 unique blends and more than 55 million pounds of seasoning each year.
Where will the new headquarters be located?
PS Seasoning and Pro Smoker will be built on a 60-acre parcel within the West Bend Manufacturing Center in southeast West Bend, according to the release.
Its current headquarters is in Iron Ridge, about 25 miles from West Bend in Dodge County.

The new global headquarters would bring at least 150 jobs to the area, according to the release.
What is the West Bend Manufacturing Center?
According to the City of West Bend website, the West Bend Manufacturing Center is a 140-acre, city-owned industrial park with the goal of job creation by providing a space for new and expanding businesses.
This center is a partnership between the City of West Bend, Washington County and Economic Development Washington County.
Milwaukee Tool’s opening of a West Bend Plant in 2022 was the first business in the West Bend Manufacturing Center.
