SOUTH PLAINFIELD – The Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the fatal stabbing of a Raritan Borough man at a Tooz Place home early May 19.
Brandon Andrews-Cruz, 38, was declared dead at the scene after borough police responded to the home at about 1:57 a.m. after a 911 call reporting a stabbing.
When police arrived, they found both Andrews-Cruz and a 32-year-old borough woman with stab wounds, according to the Prosecutor’s Office.
The woman, whom authorities have not identified, was taken to a hospital where she is being treated for her injuries.
Authorities have not released any additional information about the incident.
