Troopers of Indiana State Police post at Putnamville are investigating a Friday night road-rage incident on Interstate 70 east of Terre Haute in which a driver was shot.
Sgt. Matt Ames on Saturday wrote, “The Putnamville Post is currently investigating a road rage incident near the 16-mile marker east of Terre Haute, that occurred on Friday, 4-4-25, at approximately 9:55 p.m. where a driver was struck by gunfire.”
Ames said the suspect vehicle is a smaller silver passenger vehicle with Florida plates.
