Salisbury City Administrator Andy Kitzrow is moving on to Easton, where he has accepted the same position, the city announced July 7 in a news release.
“Andy’s leadership has left a lasting impact on this city,” said Mayor Randy Taylor. “He has guided major projects with thoughtfulness and resolve, mentored countless public servants, and brought a steady hand during times of both progress and uncertainty. Easton is gaining an exceptional leader, and we are incredibly proud of all that he has accomplished here.”
Under Kitzrow’s leadership, “Salisbury has advanced infrastructure projects, fostered meaningful community engagement, and nurtured a culture of collaboration and accountability across City departments. He has been instrumental in building a more inclusive and accessible government — always putting people first,” the city said in its release.
