Several offices up for elections in Beaver County. Which primary races are contended?

Must read

Several local elections will appear on Beaver County ballots as another election season approaches.

On May 20, polls will open for Beaver County’s primary elections, allowing each party to choose who they would like to represent them in November for school board races, judges’ seats and within their local municipal offices. While most positions are not contested in the primary, several races will require voters to think about their choices and decide who they want to see on the ballot later this year.

This list of contested races does not include write-in candidates organizing grassroots campaigns among their communities. Residents should watch on social media and local signage for candidates who may be running to get on the ticket.
