Authorities have asked the Waukesha County District Attorney’s Office to consider charges against a 51-year-old man suspected of shooting at a Village of Pewaukee home.

In a news release posted on the Village of Pewaukee Police Department’s Facebook page Sept. 24, police said they responded to a report of shots that had been fired in the 100 block of Marshall Street, just west of Highway 16, shortly before 10 p.m. Sept. 23. Officers confirmed that bullet casings were found there and that a house had been struck.

Police arrested the suspect about one block away, at a residence in the 100 block of George Street. A firearm was recovered, police said.
