“It really is one of those houses that is the luxury lifestyle everyone envisions,” said Cristian Perez of Serhant New Jersey, who is the listing agent along with his partner Anthony Verducci.

The median sale price of a home in Warren Township was $1,511,000 in August, according to New Jersey Realtors.

The current owners, who previously lived around the corner, bought the 7-acre lot and had the home built in 2020.

“They were attracted to the fact that it’s the largest residential property in Warren Township and backs to conservation land,” Verducci said.

The home has radiant floor heating throughout, it has a commercial-style elevator and a circular staircase that was built on-site.

“If you built it today, it would cost $12 million,” Perez said.

The primary suite is on the main level and the four additional, ensuite bedrooms are on the second level.

The approval process for the shooting range was extensive, the agents said.
