Five months into U.S. President Donald Trump’s second term, approval ratings continue to fluctuate as Americans weigh in on Trump’s handling of numerous national topics.

The 47th president has made headlines throughout his second term for matters such as mass deportations, cuts to federal employment and an onslaught of executive orders, with dissent culminating most recently in a series of nationwide “No Kings” protests June 14.

Do Trump’s approval ratings reflect the criticism he’s received from voters and political opponents? Here’s an updated look at the president’s state and national ratings as well as comparisons to his first term and the beginning of his second.
