Six tickets in the country won prizes worth $1 million or more because they matched all five white balls, however. Three tickets worth $1 million were sold in Arizona, New York, and Virginia. Three tickets worth $2 million were sold in Mississippi, Ohio, and Virginia, according to a Powerball news release.
