Crossville Police Monday took into custody a man wanted by authorities in Pierce County, WI, on three felony warrants.
Police were called to the Tennessee Department of Correction Probation and Parole board office to make the arrest.
Charged with felony fugitive from justice is Noah Wesley Garland, 38, who was living at a Birchwood Drive, Crossville, address.
Authorities in Ellsworth, WI, issued a national lookout for Garland, who is wanted in that jurisdiction on warrants charging second-degree recklessly endangering safety, burglary and possession of meth.

Garland will make an appearance in General Sessions Court at which time he will make a decision on waiving extradition back to Wisconsin to fight the charges or to fight extradition here.
Policy has been to drop the local fugitive warrant if extradition is waived.
