A Worcester man accused of killing his 2-year-old son five years ago in Ohio is expected to appear in Central District Court in Worcester on Thursday, Aug. 28.
Dioblis Williams, 25, was arrested in Framingham on the morning of Aug. 27.
Williams was walking in an alleyway wearing a wig, sunglasses and a hair tie to hide his identity, after the U.S. Marshals Service had tracked him to the area, Framingham police said.

According to a news release from the Police Department, several officers were on their way to a briefing about the search when one of them noticed Williams.
He was arrested on a fugitive from justice warrant and a Columbus, Ohio, warrant for homicide of a child.
According to a statement of facts filed in District Court, Williams’ listed address is an apartment at 49 Pleasant Valley Drive in Worcester.

According to a criminal complaint filed by Columbus homicide detectives, Williams was babysitting Jamir for his girlfriend while she was at work. The complaint states that after Jamir soiled himself, Williams placed him in the bathtub and left him there unsupervised. Minutes later, Jamir was found unresponsive in the bathtub by a woman whom The Dispatch identified as Jamir’s stepmom.
An autopsy revealed that Jamir did not drown in the bathtub and that his body bore evidence of blunt force trauma.
